CCB ranked in the small category among 45 overall winners spanning seven counties, including Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and Waukesha.

“As a business leader, I’ve learned that if our employees find fulfillment in their work, they will do everything possible to keep our customers happy as well. The result of that goes beyond sales increases and becomes about impacting people’s lives,” said CCB President Patrick Booth. “Receiving this best place to work award for the third straight year confirms for me that we’re doing things right.”

The criteria for winning the award was based upon an online survey employees took about their experience working at CCB. Employees rated CCB favorably in core areas including personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness and job satisfaction.

CCB Technology is a family-owned business who has fostered this type of work environment for over 26 years. They invest in their people as their biggest asset, providing the tools and training they need to excel at work and the benefits they need to lead happy, fulfilling lives. “We pour into our people, and our people pour into CCB,” said Booth.

Employee benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, financial security, 401K investments, paid time off and paid holidays, up to 40 hours paid time off to volunteer at a nonprofit organization, community service opportunities and company sponsored family outings.
