Easterseals Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford has partnered with CCB for over 10 years, particularly evolving in 2019 when the organization faced significant technological operational challenges. Through phased and strategic planning, CCB worked shoulder to shoulder with Easterseals to enhance their technology infrastructure, upgrade software, and significantly improve their IT security.

As the partnership grew, CCB’s role expanded from executing specific IT projects to providing virtual CIO services that allowed Easterseals to focus on other priorities. Most recently, CCB assisted in hiring internal IT leadership, empowering Easterseals to take back control of its technology management and showcasing how adaptable and flexible a strong partnership can be.
