Nationwide Managed Service Provider & Value-Added Reseller

Meet CCB

Thirty-five years in one county, and we still answer the phone.

CCB Technology is a managed service provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR) headquartered in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, providing managed IT services, IT projects and technology procurement to businesses and nonprofits of any size, nationwide.

CCB Technology started in Racine County, Wisconsin in 1991 as a value-added reseller, helping organizations get the technology they needed at a price they could afford. In 2011 we added managed IT services and opened an IT services division, and over the years that grew into the managed service provider we are today. Thirty-five years later, we are still headquartered where we started.

One partner for all things IT: fully managed or co-managed support, one-time projects, and hardware and software sourced through 300+ vendor partnerships.

Where we came from

A local company that happened to get good at this.

CCB opened in 1991, when most of the businesses we now support were still deciding whether they needed a computer at all. We grew the way a regional company grows: one client telling another, for three and a half decades.

That has shaped what we are. We were never built to be sold, so we have not been. The people who answer your call are part of our U.S.-based service desk team.

In the community

Serving those who serve others.

CCB has supported nonprofits since 1991, when most IT providers focused only on business. Nonprofits have the same technology problems as everyone else and considerably less budget to solve them with, and supporting them has been part of what CCB does for all thirty-five years.

Nonprofits we support

Make-A-Wish, Easterseals, United Way, World Vision and the American Academy of Pediatrics are among the organizations that rely on us.

Rooted in Racine County

We had the option to move and chose to stay and grow here. The jobs, the taxes and the volunteering all stay local too.

How we help

Beyond the day-to-day support, our team gives time and expertise to organizations working on things that matter locally.

Working here

We hire people who like solving other people’s problems.

Most of our team has been here for years, which is unusual in this industry and not an accident. If that sounds like somewhere you would want to work, we would like to hear from you.

Let’s talk

Thirty minutes with someone who will tell you the truth.

No obligation, no script. If we are not the right partner for your business, we would rather say so on the first call than three months in.

Pick a time that works, or send us a message. Either way, a real person replies.
