CCB was recognized for its response to the extreme challenges of the coronavirus pandemic by MMAC with a Focus on the Future Award. CCB’s employee-centric focus earned recognition in the True Colors category for its remote work flexibility, as well as strategic activities to keep the company safe, but also actively connected and engaged. MMAC recognized 65 organizations in the SE Wisconsin area.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel named CCB a 2020 Top Workplace. CCB was one of three Racine area businesses listed and was featured in last year’s award video. The Top Workplaces recognition is based on a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC where employees answer questions about their work experience.

CRN® named CCB to The Channel Company’s 2019 Solution Provider 500, moving up 25 spots in the ranking. The annual list includes eight categories, from hardware and software sales to managed IT services, and recognizes the top revenue-generating MSPs and IT consultants. This marks the twelfth consecutive year that CCB has increased their ranking on the list.
Stacey Neideffer, CCB VP of Finance, was recognized by TEMPO Racine for her contributions to the organization with the President’s Award presented during TEMPO’s monthly luncheon. TEMPO is a professional association that is committed to the development of women leaders in the community. As a member for four years, Stacey has held the position of treasurer for the past two years.
The American Heart Association of Racine/Kenosha recognized CCB Technology as their 2017 Top Small Business. CCB President Patrick Booth was also the recipient of the Extraordinary Impact Award for his dedicated involvement with AHA. Patrick is a past chair of the AHA Heart Walk and currently serves on the Milwaukee board as the representative for the Racine/Kenosha area.
RAMAC, Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce, named CCB Technology Account Executive Alicia Schmitz, the 2017 Young Professional of the Year for her community involvement and contribution to the improvement of the business climate and vitality of the greater Racine area.
The Channel Company named CCB President Patrick Booth to the 2017 Top Midmarket IT Executives list. This annual list honors influential vendor and solution provider executives who have demonstrated an exceptionally strong commitment to the midmarket segment.
The Racine Journal Times recognized CCB Technology Account Executive Alicia Schmitz as one of the top seven young professionals in Racine, WI for 2017. All seven that were awarded the honor were under the age of 40 and chosen for their commitment to the city as proved by their personal passion, philanthropy, and professional performance.
The Milwaukee Business Journal recognized CCB for the third time as a 2017 “Best Places to Work” in SE Wisconsin. CCB earned high scores in 10 core areas: teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, job satisfaction and benefits.
CCB Technology received the 2016 Product Sales Excellence Award at the “invitation only” Cisco Winner’s Circle partner event in Miami, FL. The Winner’s Circle signifies the elite among Cisco’s Partner Plus members with an invitation extended to only the top 1% of partners. The award is in recognition of CCB’s top-tier performance as a Cisco partner.
Xerox awarded CCB Technology the 2015 Solution Provider Gold Triple Crown. The annual recognition is given to solution providers in the Xerox Global Partner Program for top performance in year-over-year revenue percentage growth. CCB was also recognized for demonstrating extraordinary commitment, partnership, and ethics as a member of the IT channel.
CCB received the Family Friendly Workplace of the Year Award from Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce (RAMAC) at the 2015 awards dinner. Nominees of the annual award are evaluated on the benefits available to employees, as well as policies that lay a foundation for the positive culture and environment of the business for the employees.
The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce’s Council of Small Business Executives (COSBE) named CCB Technology a 2015 Milwaukee Future 50 company. The Future 50 program recognizes privately-owned companies in the seven-county Milwaukee region that have shown significant revenue and employment growth.
Microsoft awarded CCB the 2015 Central Region Digital Marketing Excellence award. The award recognizes the US SMB Champions Club partner who has consistently demonstrated quality marketing efforts through digital content. The award was presented to CCB Vice-President of Marketing, Melody Bernhardt, at the Microsoft World Partner Conference.
